Speakers
Benjamin Lockerd is professor
of English at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
He is the author of The Sacred Marriage: Psychic Integration in the
Faerie Queene and Aethereal Rumours: T.S. Eliot's Physics &
Poetics. He is currently on the board of directors of the T. S. Eliot
Society. Dr. Lockerd received his M.A. from the University of Toronto
and his Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from University of Connecticut.
John E. Rocha, Sr. has a B.A. in Politics from the University of Dallas and has conducted graduate studies at both University of Houston and University of St. Thomas in Houston. He taught at St. Thomas High School in Houston for five years where he taught Honors 10th and 12th grade English and led Socratic seminars for upperclassmen in modern fiction and political philosophy.
