Speakers:
Bradley Birzer is an Assistant Professor of History at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan. Birzer has been a visiting professor in western American and Indian History at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He received his Ph.D. in United States History from Indiana University, with a minor in Latin American History. He received his B.A. in European and U.S. History from the University of Notre Dame and his M.A. in Western American History from Utah State University. Dr. Birzer is a Senior Fellow with the Center for the American Idea.

Donald Frazier is Associate Professor of History at McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. He is Fellow and Executive Director of Grady McWhiney Research Foundation, a private foundation for furthering education on topics regarding the history of the middle years of the 19th century in American History and topics in military history. He has authored five books and his writings have been included in history encyclopedias and college manuals. His historical cartography of over 500 thematic maps have been featured in more than two dozen publications, including Texas History textbooks. Dr. Frazier received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Texas Christian University.
