Center for the American Idea - Speakers John Chalberg is a Professor of American History at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN, and has instructed there since 1970. He has also taught at the University of Minnesota, Gustavus Adolphus College and Regis College. Dr. Chalberg has traveled around the United States and Canada for over sixteen years appearing as Teddy Roosevelt, Ignatius Donnelly, Patrick Henry, G.K. Chesterton, H.L. Menken or Branch Rickey in his one-man show. He has been doing these historical presentations for over sixteen years. He is a member of the Organization of American Historians and the North American Society of Sport History, among others. Dr. Chalberg received his B.A. from Regis College and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. |
