Larry Schweikart is a full professor at the University of Dayton, where he is teaching U.S. History, U.S. Civil War, Business, Economic History, and Technology and the Culture of War. Dr. Schweikart received his Ph.D. in history from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has taught at the University of Wisconsin, University of California at Santa Barbara, and Brophy College Preparatory.
